Privacy Statement of Delta Reefer Care

Delta Reefer Care BV (Hereinafter DRC) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and visitors of the website en endeavors to ensure that their personal data are held securely and treated with the utmost care. DRC and its affiliates therefore comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) as effective from May 25th 2018. 

Personal data processing Personal data is captured by DRC while providing its services. This occurs, for example, when you are a customer, supplier, subscribe to one of our publications or newsletters, or contact DRC for some other reason. The personal data we hold includes information such as contact details, transaction particulars and job details, but only if you have given permission for this in advance. DRC uses this information to fulfill and process agreements with you, provide services, operate our internal business processes and inform customers. Your data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances, unless this is required by law. The personal data will be held by DRC until we are sure that we have provided you a satisfying service level.

If you no longer wish to receive information about new products and services through our newsletter (by e-mail), you can unsubscribe by contacting the link specified in the e-mail. Viewing and correcting your personal data 

DRC enables you to view and correct your personal data. You can request DRC by mail or by post for access to your data (contact information above). If the information is incorrect, you may alter it. Please make sure that you always clarify who you are, so that we can assure we do not modify or remove the data from the wrong person. 

Browsing history and IP address 

General information on visits to the DRC websites is captured and stored without visitors being identified. The purpose of this is to improve the quality of the website and users' browsing experience. This information can also be used to see how the website is being used and for analysis and reporting purposes. 

Social Media and other websites 

The DRC website contains some links to other websites and social media buttons. However, DRC cannot accept any liability for the handling of your personal data by these parties.
